Hi, I’m Damiera, your go-to virtual administrative specialist.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Rider University, and it was also where I fell in love with office work. I worked in the Office of Financial Aid for two years, learning how to create and implement processes for office automation while handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. I went on to obtain my Masters in Legal Studies from Arizona State University. Research, organizing, and data entry are very exciting to me. I wholeheartedly believe that it is never too late to learn and expand your skill set. In fact, I was recently commissioned as a notary! I have developed strong organizational and administrative skills over the last ten years as an administrative coordinator in various legal and academic institutions. I love doing the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business running.

I founded this company to help small business owners and entrepreneurs remember why they began their business.
